The question is self-explanatory.When you pull out a hair, do you pull out the ';true'; root?
well it depends alot of times when you run your hands through your hair and hair comes out it can be breakage. where your hair brakes off. but if your hair is healthy mostly its the root cause your supposed to lose a certain amout of hair a day so yeahhh

But, it depends, if you pull it hard enough it will pull out the true root, if not then it will just cut the hair from the surface.
i don't think so because then how would the hair grow back?
