I'm sad.Is it true braces make your roots weak?
I think so!?! I had braces twice in my lifetime and my gums has receded drastically after using retainer so long and my teeth are so loose. I floss faithfully but I suspect it's all from braces and retainers usage? No hard proof though...Is it true braces make your roots weak?
No, that isn't true. The roots have to move. They get stronger the longer you have braces.
