Is it true if you continue to remove hairs from the root they won't grow back?

If so, does it apply to all areas?





I've just heard so many different things.Is it true if you continue to remove hairs from the root they won't grow back?
over time not right away... if you wax lets say your upper lip,every 3 weeks in time you will only need to go every 4 weeks and then even less... but it might not be the same all over your body! This is what I heard, i only use hair removal creams so I can't say if it is true or not!!!Is it true if you continue to remove hairs from the root they won't grow back?

yes, i think it is true becuz its roots come out and even if is not true it would take alot of time for it to grow the hairs back. for the people who break their hairs from the roots, i really think that it would grow back. so dont break em. lol
I do it and it has no effect but to grow more.
